Kakashi flew through the air from the tree he had launched himself from. There were just seconds between he and his target, Sakura. Through his right eye, he saw Sasuke struggling, looking frustrated as ever. Sakura was running towards him in an all-out charge of desperation. He was headed straight for Sakura, everything going according to plan. However, Naruto was on the move again. No doubt he was going to try to cover Sakura and take Kakashi's attack head-on. He was determined to protect Sakura. Kakashi couldnt help but admire the kid's bravery and willingness to take a hit for her, but making such a suicide move was stupid. Kakashi's eye narrowed. He had an unbelievable amount of things to lecture them about when these remaining minutes were up. It was going to be soon, and he was going to have a nice, long, talk with the three of them. Darting back to reality, and the fast-approaching target, he turned his head towards Sasuke in just the slightest. With that small angle of change, Naruto was blocked out of view. Damn headband.... Kakashi thought. He wasnt about to reveal his Sharingan to his students, so he'd have to put up with his normal, limited range of sight. However, the name of a Jutsu, and a high-leveled one at that, came from...Naruto?
Kakashi turned his head to see if he had been dreaming the title he heard. Kage Bunshin? Kakashi thought. This kid had been the clown and failure of his class. He goofed off with anything...how was he able to use such a high-level technique? Ah... a thought came to Kakashi That incident with the scroll. He must have actually learned something. Kakashi knew now that he wouldnt be able to go for Sakura, as he originally planned. Naruto, and his two clones, were intercepting him from Sakura. Well this is troublesome... Kakashi thought. He twirled the kunai so it was in an offensive position, and glanced at Sakura before he moved to Naruto.
Seconds later, Sakura flung some shuriken in his direction. Kakashi moved his kunai to block some of the shuriken, their loud clanking sound ringing in his ears. He felt a few of the shuriken ricochet off of of his vest, and he forced himself to lower as he saw the Narutos coming at him, kunais raised offensively. One whisked right past his head and Kakashi could have sworn that it cut a few stray hairs when they whisked past.
Shit... Kakashi thought. This just got tricky. He landed, and pivoted on his heel. He grabbed three other kunai out of his holster and took two in each hand. He haphazardly tossed two each at the clones, and turned his attention to the real Naruto, who was still on the ground. Kakashi kept a kunai poised as he glanced around. There was no immediate sign of Sasuke or Sakura being on the move. He kicked his leg out and prepared himself for Taijutsu round against Naruto. Naruto, who, as far as he knew, was minimal with Taijutsu usage. Kakashi would start with a basic side-kick, and proceed with a barrage of kicks and punches from there as the clones came back if they werent pierced by the kunai. He tilted his head just so to take in the wider range of view for Sakura and Sasuke. Seconds before it happened, Kakashi saw it.
Sasuke must have commanded Sakura to do something because Sakura threw a kunai towards the trees. Kakashi's eyes saw the target just seconds before the impact and he analyzed the situation. This was probably a trap originally set for him, but to blow the ground away, Sasuke was making a suicide move with exploding tags detonating in close proximity of his body. Idiot! Kakashi wanted to yell, and he wanted to say just the same to Sakura for actually going through with the plan so willingly, not appearing to doubt it in the slightest.
Then it came. A large blast that blew rubble, dust, and chunks of earth in their direction. "Gah!" Kakashi coughed, tossing his crossed wrists infront of his eyes to protect his face. He had been shaken out of his kicking stance and forced to stumble a few feet. Hopefully some of the flying rubble had gotten the clones. If so, that was one less thing that Kakashi had to deal with. Once the smoke started to clear and the rubble had stopped flying through the air like slingshot pellets, Kakashi looked around. "I hope Sasuke is alright. He was closest to the blast. Not to mention--" Kakashi was about to say "Sakura" but he heard her voice soon enough. Now it was just Sasuke to worry about...and Naruto. Had he been struck by some stray pieces of earth? Kakashi had managed to dodge the big ones, and only got some scrapes and minor cuts by the little ones.
Spinning around, he braced himself yet again, ready to deliver another sidekick, roundhouse kick, or a heel kick if needed, depending where Naruto came from. He also kept his wits and senses about him. He would be able to detect Naruto when he was seconds away, and that was all he needed to stop the kid...or either of the other two, for that matter...from getting a bell. There was about five minutes left, but he had a feeling those would be more challenging than the rest. All he could do now was wait for the smoke to clear.

Naruto had to smile when he saw Kakashi looking a little surprised at his jutsu. It was a rather self-confident smile; he deserved it after all. He was the loser of the class, and he was pulling off a high level jutsu like it was nothing. There was no way Kakashi could have expected something like that. To make it all even better, he was getting to use it to save Sakura-chan. Her hero and showing off his skills; after all, all Sasuke could do was blow some hot air. He could create a small army of himself. He was going to prove his superiority by taking one of those bells.
She was already recognizing him actually. He gave her a grin when she thanked him.
"You got it Sakura. I'll get us both a bell." He yelled off as him and his clone charged Kakashi. Sakura even joined in with a few shuriken, which missed Kakashi. It distraced him though, giving Naruto ample time to get close. However, Kakashi was quick to fight back, and the kunai knives went right through the clones. With a puff of smoke they disappeared, leaving Naruto exposed again. Still, he wasn't going to give up. He was heading towards Kakashi already, and pulling out a kunai knife he charged.
Just before he reached, however, he saw Kakashi looking over at Sakura and Sasuke. She had thrown a kunai at a tree for some reason, and then it happened. A small explosion occured, leaving Naruto wide-eyed and scared. Sakura was over there! He couldn't care less if Sasuke survived, but he didn't want to loose Sakura-chan! And if Sasuke did survive, Naruto was going to kill him for this. How dare he use Sakura like that! The smoke and dust, however, kept Naruto from getting too angry; he was too busy trying to breathe. As he coughed up the dust, Naruto could hear Kakashi talking, asking where Sasuke was first. That was it! Did no one care about Sakura-chan but him!
"Who cares about Sasuke! What about Sakura-chan! She was," Naruto yelled, but he stopped when he heard Sakura finally speaking again. Naruto was greatly calmed again, but he was still rather mad. First, she was asking about Sasuke of course, but that was normal. But Sasuke knew that was going to happen, and he let Sakura get involved. And Kakashi was quick to ask about him (Naruto didn't care he had a point about Sasuke being the closest to it).
"All right Kakashi, it's just you and me now. I'm going to take you down and grab one of those bells. Believe it!"
Making several more clones, about seven of them in fact. Naruto rushed at Kakashi. He was going to overwhelm the Jounin with sheer force. But Naruto wasn't completely stupid. He had created about three more clones, but also disguised them as simple kunai. Pulling them out, Naruto rushed towards Kakashi, throwing them at him. His hope was that Kakashi would be too busy dealing with the other clones that he would have to block the kunais instead of dodge. That would be when they went back to normal, and use the momentum of the throw to knock him down. Then those bells would be easy pickings from there. And if that all failed, well, Naruto was running in as well to take him down.

, i'll turn the illusion into reality I’M GOING TO RESTORE MY CLAN AND KILL A CERTAIN SOMEONE. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Their was no time for thinking, nor was there any time for precautions, as the time lessened each second not leaving much time for him to reach his goal. This blast would definitely injure him, but to how much was unknown. Bearing with the pain was all that ran through his mind if worst came to worst. This was most likely even crazier than what the number one knucklehead could come up with. Rational thinking wasn’t necessary, he knew there chances were slim, and he knew going it alone only worsened the situation. Since he never recognized Sakura or Naruto as his teammates he couldn’t bother working with them unless he called the shots, which he just did with Sakura.
He saw her through the kunai at the thread he wanted, he was relieved that her aim wasn’t off, but not he had to brace for the sudden impact. The kunai’s launched from where it was being bound, and as they launched the tags started to release. A few fell to the ground in front of him and exploded on impact, destroying the ground around it, and a few still soared overhead and exploded above Sasuke. “Gah!” Was the only thing that was heard from Sasuke, as the dust formed in the area. He was pretty much bruised, and partially bleeding from some of the cuts he received from gravel hitting his body, and face. But the blast was just enough for his arms to move forward, and reach out of the damaged land to rise up.
Sasuke slowly got out, as if he was now crippled, and tried to stand. He stood on wobbly legs, and slowly grabbed the one kunai his hand still gripped after the explosion. He didn’t care whether Sakura was injured; it never even ran through his mind. With one goal set in front of him, all he could do was look forward. As battered as he was he took a few steps forward, slowly, but surely to his destination. This was too much of a strain on his body at the moment, but he refrained from stopping. He stumbled as he walked through the dust and smoke still in the surrounding area.
This fixation he had on the bells blinded him from the severity of injuries that seemed small. The blood he lost slowly dripped from many locations, one in particular was the gash he got on his head, which continued to drip down his face. He started to become lightheaded, and barely noticed he was almost out of the smoke. “I guess…I’ve wasted too much time…I should have made my move sooner... not even Naruto...will grab a bell, that loser...” He fell silent as he fell face first to the ground, with only his head being shown. It seems even he could not achieve grabbing a bell, and even more doubt showed for the both of them. All Sasuke could do was lay their as his eyes closed gently, passing out.

In the smoke and rubble from the attack Sakura really didn’t know what was going on. A few seconds before she had heard Naruto yelling at Kakashi about something, and she assumed the two of them were fighting now. Naruto was probably loosing, but whatever the situation was she didn’t care. Right now she was struggling just to breath as she coughed up dirt and smoke from the explosions. She didn’t think this was the plan at all, that Sasuke was going to blow himself up to get out of his hole. Some had landed around him, and some blew up above him. As the smoke cleared out, Sakura could see her condition better.
For one thing, she was real dirty. There were clumps of dirt all stuck in her hair; it was going to take forever to get those out. She had some slight bleeding from debris, but nothing bad. For the most part, she was just dirty. After all, she had missed the center of the explosion and just had it’s after effects. Finishing up some last coughing, she started to look around for Sasuke, worried to the point her stomach was all tied up in knots. He had to survive; he was Sasuke-kun after all. He was their best chance of getting one of the bells, of passing this test. There was no way he was going to be killed from that explosion right?
Eventually her worried, green eyes set upon her Sasuke getting up from the rubble moving slowly but surely forward. In her excitement and infatuation, Sakura didn’t notice his injuries that much. That, or she just thought that they wouldn’t stop Sasuke at all; he would just ignore them like they were some fangirls or something. He had a kunai in hand, his eyes fixed upon Kakashi. Other than a slight stumble, he seemed perfectly fine to Sakura. After all, stumbling was to be expected from someone who had just gotten out of an explosion and hole.
However, when Sasuke fell forward and fainted, Sakura lost it. Completely ignoring whatever it was going on behind her, she ran over to Sasuke. Snapped back to reality, she could get a better look at his injuries. He was bruised pretty badly, a gash on his head as well. There were cuts all around his body as well. Sakura could feel tears forming in the corner of her eyes. Sasuke would probably live, but she couldn’t stand seeing Sasuke injured like that. She grabbed a hold of his shoulders, gently shaking him in hopes of getting him to wake up so they could get one of those bells.
”Sasuke-kun! Sasuke-kun! Wake up, you have to wake up! There’s still time left, we can get a bell. Just wake up!” she cried out. She didn’t even care that Naruto was over there defending her; she just wanted to make sure that Sasuke was all right. When it didn’t look as if he was getting up, however, Sakura let him rest. Standing up, wobbling a little, she pushed the tears out of her eyes as best she could and grabbed a kunai. Glancing over at Naruto, she tried to think of any way that she could help him, but she couldn’t think of anything. All she had was basic jutsu, and she wasn’t that great at taijutsu. But there had to be something she could do; she couldn’t just stand there useless!

Kakashi squinted as the smoke cleared. It appeared Sasuke was...alive. That was a good thing. If the last Uchiha in Konoha died, there would be bad rumors spread throughout the great shinobi lands in no time at all. Naruto had halted his assault and was staring dumbfounded in the direction of the blast. Sasuke stood up and looked as though he was about to come running. However, he didnt get very far before he toppled over to the ground. Probably passed out... Kakashi thought, grimacing. That kid was over the edge...there would need to be a serious rein on that. He could kill himself, as he had just clearly displayed. Sakura was right after him. Naruto was shouting about his concern for Sasuke and how he should be more concerned about Sakura. She was fine though, as he'd guessed she was. However, she was probably a bit shaky. She was looking sort of panicy, not even bothering to help Naruto, but all concerned about Sasuke, shouting at him to wake up.
Kakashi sighed and turned his attention back to Naruto. The kid began moving a second later, creating more clones. ...Seven Kage Bunshin? Kakashi counted. How did this bottom-of-the-class come off doing something like that, even if he'd gotten it from a forbidden scroll? Did he just sit there and work at it until he was able to perform the technique in decent quantity? Kakashi wondered, a flat look in his eye as the kid proclaimed the one-on-one fight to get a bell. "Feh..." Kakashi muttered. Time was almost up, and the charging Narutos would only send as a temporary exercise for Kakashi. His eye took in the simple movement of Naruto grabbing three kunai and throwing them from a run.
In response, Kakashi reflexively ducked on the ground, holding himself up on his toes and palms. The clones were basically on top of him now. Kakashi had felt like saving the clones that were practically treading on his toes. Now he would use a bit of agility to his advantage. They were just two feet from him when he planned on shifting his weight onto his hands and swing his legs around, his left heel sweeping down near their ankle level, and his other around the shoulder area. He would only have enough momentum to do so for three, he rationed at the last second, so he sprung backwards and landed on his feet, ready to face the clones when....RIIIIIIIING. RIIIIIING. RIIIIIING.
Kakashi automatically relaxed, keeping one eye on the clones to make sure he didnt get trampled. "Your time is up. Go back to the logs infront of the memorial stone. And Sakura....wake Sasuke up by any means necessary. Naruto, help her if you must." Kakashi said.
He shoved his hands in his pockets and turned away from them, already walking over to where he would take his position. His look darkened as he ran over in his head what he would say to them. Boy they would sure as hell be sent for a loop...

Naruto gritted his teeth as Kakashi moved to dodge the clone kunai he'd thrown. That geezer's pretty good at dodging! Let's see him dodge this! As Kakashi ducked down, Naruto's clones dropped the illusion, and dropped from right above Kakashi.
Naruto allowed himself a grim smile. "You shouldn't underestimate me!" As the three clones fell down from above Kakashi, the rest of the clones, including Naruto, charged in. I have to get the bells, no matter what! He drew another kunai and held it tightly in his fist. If I do, then he'll have to acknowledge me! I'll give one to Sakura and then we'll pass Master Kakashi's test, and ditch that loser Sasuke!
As Naruto charged in, he let out a bit of a warcry. "Rrraagh! I'm gonna get those bells!" Just as everything closed in, there was a noise that made Naruto's heart stop. RIIIIING! RIIIIING! RIIIING!
It was noon.
Oh no! NO! I was so close! Naruto dug his knuckles into his forehead as he dispersed the clones. If he just kept going on, he'd probably just come off as a jerk and a loser that couldn't handle following the rules. "Crap..." he muttered.
It's all that Sasuke jerk's fault! If he hadn't distracted me when he nearly blew up Sakura, I could've had the bells by now! When Kakashi told them to go to to the stumps that they had started out at, Naruto sighed. "So close..." he muttered softly under his breath. "I almost had them..."
He shuffled off towards where Sasuke lay passed out on the ground. "C'mon Sakura, let's go..." Naruto felt like the energy was completely gone from him. This feels like failing the graduation exams all over again. "Sasuke, wake up will ya?" Naruto nudged his "teammate" with his toe. They were so close...

and the rain falls down, let it fall to the ground. and the birds don't sing, no, they don't make a sound.
Sakura was overly distraught. Here she was, filthy dirty, with dirt even in her hair, and Sasuke was out cold. Truly out cold. He was also bleeding all over the place! Oh, Sakura was certainly not equipped for this sort of thing... She was rather glad that Kakashi had called an end to the test, or she might have found things a little more problematic. Not to mention... None of them actually had a bell. And she was kind of hungry, too... Terrible, absolutely terrible. And what had she done? Nothing, really...
RIIIIIING. RIIIIIIING. RIIIIIIIING.
The noise of the alarm still rung in her ears, like an ominous and annoying end to a time limit. Granted, it meant she'd have time to rest and at least make herself look a little more presentable... But she'd been no help. It was rather sad. Putting away the kunai she'd hurriedly equipped in her hand, she didn't even pay attention to what Naruto was saying. Sure, she heard him, but it went in one ear and out the other as she ran to the unconscious Sasuke. Oh no... Sasuke-kun! She did have a small cloth in her hip pack... One couldn't be too sure when they'd need a cloth, either to cleanse one's own face... Or to carefully clean some of the blood from another's. It was clean, so she didn't have to worry about anything along those lines.
Sasuke had fallen face-first to the ground, and upon reaching him Sakura carefully turned him over, propping his injured head on her folded knees. Oh, now he was going to bleed all over her skirt. The thought of that made her cringe mentally, but she was too focused on making sure he was all right to worry about her clothing. Withdrawing the small cloth, she meticulously cleaned the blood off of Sasuke's face, being careful to avoid the wound. She tried to be as gentle as possible, hoping not to hurt Sasuke in the process. She surely couldn't have that happen! His arms were also relatively scraped, though she could hardly tell one wound from another, and they didn't seem to be bleeding too badly. The gash on his head, however, was going to pose the biggest problem considering it was still bleeding.
Using only her fingers, Sakura carefully held Sasuke's bangs away from the wound, the cloth folded in her other hand. She pressed it gently against the wound, hoping to staunch the bleeding. Once she'd done that, she let go of his bangs, putting the thought of how soft and silky his hair was to the back of her mind. She could focus on it later. It was then that Naruto nudged Sasuke with his toe, telling Sasuke to wake up. Sakura, with her now-free hand, swatted at the blonde's leg, rather hard actually, hard enough to bruise.
"Naruto!" She snapped, her tone rather scalding. "He's clearly not going to wake up if you kick him, you doofus!"
so i look to the sky, tell me why, tell me why do they all get to live and i have to die?

Once Sasuke drifted off in unconscious, he was not even sure what he was doing at the moment. It sounded like he could hear everyone just fine, but when he shouted out to them to do something it was like he was not being heard. He felt frustrated that they were going to fail to get the bells from Kakashi at this time because the idiots that they were working with at no clue what to do. To him it seemed like the academy had set him up to fail with this time and there was nothing that he could do about it. He knew he had to get up and try again to get the bells on his own.
In the fade distance Sasuke heard the RIIIIIING. RIIIIIIING. RIIIIIIIING. He was not sure what the sound meant at this time. He felt like it was his alarm going off in the distance and when he looked over his should he saw nothing. This was the first time he realize that all he was seeing was nothing but pitch blackness at the moment. He started to run to the sound of the bell in hope to end the ringing and after what it seemed like an hour to him running he dropped to his knees and panted from some air. ”I failed…this cannot be!! No!! I have to show Kakashi that I have the ability…I have to beat him! I need power!!”[/i[ Sasuke slammed his fist against his mind made prison and closed his eyes.
After a while of Sakura tending to his wounds and Naruto tapping his foot against his leg, he slowly started to come to it. He had not memory what just happened in his mind. His head was still spinning has he felt something on his forehead. It felt softer than his headband cloth. He slowly started to open his eyes and the first thing he saw was Sakura reaching over him and yelling at their blonde comrade. ”….Whatever he did…he probably deserve it…” It took him a bit longer to realize that they were still in the training ground.
He slowly rolled his head to the side to see Naruto looking frustrated and then it hit him that they were supposed to be the bells from Kakashi. Why was these two just hovering around him like this and instead of going to get the bells from him? His left hand grabbed onto the grass beside him to keep himself calm at the moment. He pushed himself up and glared at the ground in front of him. The pain from his wounds he would not allow them two to see it. He did not want to appear weak in front of them, but at the same time he was the one that seemed to have lost all memory of the last fifteen minutes or so. He was not going to be stupid enough to ask them what had happened. He had no doubt that either Sakura or Naruto would start ranting about something sooner or later. He just didn’t want to hear it.
He pulled his left hand up and made the cloth drop from his forehead to his palm. He saw the blood all over it and his wound that it was over seemed to stop bleeding for now. He stared at it for a moment. He knew it was not Naruto’s and had to be Sakura. He had no clue why the girl was always clingying and sticking up for him against Naruto. In truth he didn’t mind the attention he got from Ino or Sakura, but it was not something that he was going to acknowledge at any cost. They would surely flaunt over him more if that was the case. ”What happened?” He growled at the two. It was better than having Sakura worry about him and start to ask questions.

Kakashi took his grand time walking over to the stand with the bell-timer on it. Though he was still a distance off, Kakashi could hear the small complaints the three Genin made. He caught Naruto's complaint first. I'll admit that the kid's got guts... Kakashi thought But he's a bit reckless...and needs alot of work. He actually did come rather close...but not close enough. Kakashi glanced back to see Naruto stalk over to Sasuke and knock Sasuke with his foot, while Sakura was sitting with Sasuke's head on her knees, dabbing at his injuries with a cloth.
Kakashi suddenly didnt hear the bell anymore, and found himself chasing memories of the team he was on when he was their age. Obito...Rin...they remind me of the team we had all those years ago. From the rivalry between the rule-breaker and the genius to the triangle of love and...best word here would have to be 'dislike'. I dont think I've quite seen another genin group this similar... Kakashi's thoughts were snapped away from his memories as he heard Sakura's voice snapping at Naruto, and Kakashi re-focused his gaze just in time to see Sakura swat at Naruto's leg.
A slight smirk spread across his face and Kakashi was soon satisfied as he saw Sasuke stir, and so he made the rest of his way over to the ringing timer and clapped it once, setting it silent. He leaned against the log and watched them from the distance he was at. He could not hear them, but watching them was enough...for now. Sasuke had stood up, but he looked incredibly dazed, as though he was just waking up from a very long nap.
Sakura and Naruto looked glum, particularly Naruto, who had a history of failures. Well...I shouldnt have disassumed... Kakashi thought. Quickly, Kakashi formulated an idea in his head to give them a last shot at passing by testing their teamwork after he gave his overal and individual assessments. Picking up two of their lunches, he used the Sunshin no Jutsu, and appeared in a split second just three feet from them, seemingly out of nowhere.
He looked down upon them, his right eye narrowed in the distaste he was faking, and said "Well...ready for your results?"

"There is no way I failed!"
Naruto was not frustrated, this was totally past the league of frustration. He hated, Hated, HATED this. He had been so close to getting a bell. In fact, none of them had even touched one. It irritated the blonde, well more over him and Sakura not getting one more that Sasuke, but still. It was literally driving the blonde insane and out of his mind. It had worked out perfectly in his mind, why hadn't it worked in the real deal? He was going to be the hero! He was supposed to show Sakura how much better he was than sasuke! SO WHY DIDN'T IT WORK!
Naruto had nudged the raven with his foot out of irritation more than wanting to wake him up. He honestly just wanted to get this over with. Even if he had to take Kakashi down outside of the test itself. He WOULD get one of those stupid bells, and would NOT be sent back to the academy at all costs. Still the blonde couldn't help but think about what they had done wrong. None of them, well he hadn't expected Sasuke to get close, but even he hadn't gotten close to one the bells that would mean their saviors. What was worse was that Naruto's stomach was starting to complain at him louder and louder. He was starving.
That was when he felt something unexpected sting against his leg closest to sakura. She had hit him again! "OY!~ Sakura~ Don't hit me! It's not my fault the stupid baka fainted on us. It's probably his fault we couldn't all jump him in the last few minutes." the blonde said. His anger had left his face replaced by a frown that Sakura was mad at him again. How come he was always getting in trouble with her?! He had just been protecting her not a moment before. She was really flip-floppy in her emotions. "Man, I like sakura, cause she is really pretty but man does she hurt when she hits me. Not to mention her weird mood swings." the blonde thought to himself.
As he was thinking about it he saw the baka finally move from his spot on the ground. It seemed like he was ok, not that the blonde was surprised, or even caring about the raven. Oh, Sasuke irritated him so much. He acted as if he was all high and mighty and that he was OOOH so much better than any of them. It really ticked him off. In fact Sasuke made him feel like he did when he was younger, it was probably the main reason Naruto was always against his throat just as Sasuke was to his. Though Naruto would never admit it, they were a lot alike.
Sasuke was as nonchalant as ever. He just sat there taking off Sakura's cloth and asking "What happened?" This finally pulled the blonde over the edge, he didn't care if he got hit by sakura again. He just finally burst on Sasuke with all of his current rage and emotions. "What happened?! Well for your information, mr. I CAN DO EVERYTHING UCHIHA, Sakura just saved you from bleeding to death after your stupid explosion, and you didn't even thank her. And on top of that, none of us, I repeat, NONE OF US, got even close to a bell! While you were all off in fainting dream land, Sakura almost got hurt and you did nothing!" he shouted. His rage was pounding but he could do nothing about it.
To let out further steam he turned around and hit his clenched fist against the nearest tree. It left a small mark there but did more damage to his hand. Small drops of blood fell from the hand that had just hit the bark. The pain felt good in his mind, it calmed him down a bit. But only a bit. He was still irritated, but it wasn't at Sakura, the bells, Kakashi, or yes.. even Sasuke, in truth the blonde was most irritated with himself. Even after working so hard, when it came down to it, he was no better than Sasuke.
With a heavy sigh stating that his rage was gone for the moment he looked back up. His eyes didn't even glance at either Sasuke or Sakura. He was to ashamed to look at Sakura, and he didn't know if his anger would come back if he looked at Sasuke so he just didn't look at either of them. "I guess the only thing left to do is to see what Kakashi-sensei has to say to us." the blonde said. Without another word he walked past the two of his teammates and toward the three posts. Depression was weighing very heavily on his shoulders.

Sasuke looked up to Naruto when he started to shout and scream at him about passing out and what Sakura had done for him. He slowly got to his feet and glared at the blonde in front of him. He did not need him screaming at him about something that could have been him. He reached up and rubbed his cut and pulled down his hand to see some dry blood on his palm. He rubbed the blood off his hand and dropped the cloth to the ground. He was trying to distance himself from the two of them and it was slowly working for him.
”Listen retard, I was not the one that tried to go head to head with him in the first place! If you would have done what me and Sakura did and took our chances that why it might have ended with me and at least her getting a bell. You have no chance of getting a bell on your own. You cannot even perform a good clone jutsu other than the shadow clone. You are weak like the rest of them and you have the nerves! To yell at me for nearly getting a bell?!” Sasuke was beyond frustrated with Naruto and he was letting it show for the first time.
He turned away from Naruto when Sakura stepped in and went to smack Naruto in the head for yelling at him. Letting her do his dirty work would do him some good. He didn’t have to waste anymore of his strength to punch the kid in the gut for all his actions. He closed his eyes slightly and stepped away from the two of them. He glanced around when he opened his eyes and didn’t seen Kakashi at the moment, but he knew the test was over and there was a good possibility that they all had failed it. His stomach turned at the thought of it.
What would his father had said to him knowing that he had failed to becoming a shinobi because of this team he was placed on. His fist mad a fist at the thought of it. He was an Uchiha and he had failed the first time in a long time. He could not stand it and would not look at his teammates because he felt that they had failed where he should have succeeded.
He looked up some when he saw Kakashi there. He saw the two lunches in his hands, but knew there had been three to start with. He grinned when their sensei had asked them if they were ready to get their results. ”Hmph.” That all he could muster up in saying or acknowledging everything at the moment. He folded his arms over his chest as if he didn’t care about the results and just waited from them to come. He felt like he already knew the answer, but hearing it would make it more real to him.
