Well like I said I can be the Jounin, but I need both of your approvals and such. I've played a Jounin on three teams, this being the fourth if you guys want me, yeah

Excuse me, but I have to raise a hand to that factor, Myaku. Has nothing to do with you, but more or less something to do with the other members of the team.
I'd like to ask, Rai, why didn't you confer with me - when I'd kindly put in my request to be the jounin FIRST - before throwing out the offer to Myaku. Honestly, not having anything said to me, I find, is a bit rude. I wouldn't be raising a hand so much if you'd simply asked me to possibly give up the slot as the team's Jounin - in all actuality, I probably would have been fairly gung-ho for the idea - but now that there hasn't been anything said, well... Sorry, Myaku, but I can't say anything. I'd like this issue of either miscommunication or lack of thought to be worked out first.
As for now, I have to get off to school. I'll hopefully be on for a short spell later today, when I get home from school... Yeah, my activity'll be a bit sporadic for a while. Long story. If anyone needs me direly... Poke Aya, Mittens [Naruto], or Kashi. >>

Okay, first of all, a Jounin doesn't have to have anything to do with the squad to be assigned to it, just simply be a Jounin in the village without a squad. Second, you don't even have a Suna character and mine is already approved. Personally I don't actually see why you're getting so pissy about and "Raising your hand" (which you need to stop mentioning so frequently) So you're basic argument being that he has nothing to do with the team is invalid.
First I'm entitled to my opinion and my opinion is this; this is Rai's team, Rai can do whatever he wants with it. And get serious you are inactive, you don't have a suna jounin and you're complaining about the fact that I'm being offered a Jounin spot here? as I recall, isn't this your post
We don't need a damn deadline for this kind of stuff, and if this is how the team's going to end up working, with deadlines and crap, sorry, I'm pulling my support.
From "I'm pulling my support" I draw the conclusion that you didn't want to be on the team anymore and you were taking too much time to post a character anyway. and how it seems your just a little angry that someone else is getting on the team. This whole situation is very childish on your part. So posting first doesn't mean you get it. You posted first yes, but you've taken WAY too much time to make a Jounin and even until now you don't have one up or accepted, so with all due respect, get real.

Myaku, I told you, it had nothing to do with you in particular, so I don't even understand why you're defending it. Yeah, I realize it was brought up that you could be the jounin, and had the situation been a bit different, I probably wouldn't have minded it. Regardless, the fact that I wasn't even asked about giving up the spot - as I didn't actually state that I was giving it up - is what pisses me off.
If you'd read back in the thread, I had said that I would get the Jounin up. However, I also stated that I had other projects - Kin and Sakura to be exact - that I'd taken up BEFORE I'd decided to take on this team. Yes, I haven't posted the app, but Rai has seen parts of it, which shows that I actually have a lot of it already finished. It's mostly just changing around parts of the history and removing some of the jutsu - as well as tweaking them to fit here - that needs to be done.
Now, I can understand why Rai might want to pull me from the team, and the fact that that happened is not what my point is. My point is that I would have liked to at least been notified of the fact - simply by saying, "sorry, we think you're going to take too long, so we're bringing in someone else. Hope this is all right" or something along those lines. Had that been the case, I might have protested a little, but the fact that NO common courtesy was taken was what got to me the most. My point in posting that post was to say that I don't want to deal with this sort of thing, but I'm willing to be LENIENT and compromise things. I wasn't just instantly pulling my support, I was actually saying that I was open to compromise. Yes, I realize that what I said could have been misunderstood as that, and if it was, that wasn't my intention. You taking the time to call me a four-year-old and say I'm childish about this is actually a lot less civil - yes, Aya did text me about it while you were saying it on the cbox - than what I am trying to be. Perhaps you can't read my part in the situation, I don't know, but by saying that I'm four years old and "overreacting" or whatever the hell it was you said.
Honestly, this has nothing to do with having "permission" to join the team. It has to do with common courtesy and being, jee, I don't know, considerate about letting me know? To be honest, just shoving someone else in the spot without actually confirming that I was leaving the team, or even making an attempt to compromise, is both [as civilly as possible] assholeish, rude, and inconsiderate [no offence intended].
Once again, I don't understand why you're getting into this, Myaku. Now that you appear to be jumping into the conversation, perhaps I don't want to be lenient and give up the spot. I was open to compromise before, but your apparent lack of information on the entirety of the situation doesn't appear to be working in your favour. Sorry, but that's just how it is.

Look, this is Rai's team, you said you're pulling your support, its his team he doesn't need to compromise with you anything, if you don't like it you're off. See the deal? You're saying you'd like to have been notified, okay, you've been gone for nearly a week and you want him to somehow notify you? since he see's that you aren't online he obviously grasps that you won't see a pm regardless. If you were online he would have probably told you or sent a PM.
You stated that you're pulling yourself from the team and I summarize what you are saying now "I didn't mean it, I wanted him to compromise with me" okay, you basically join his team, take a long time to post an application (and you joined knowing it would take you long) then you state you want to leave and that HE needs to compromise with you? This being his team I don't see why he should even try to compromise with someone who is leaving the team if he doesn't want to.
And yes this does affect me, as I want to be on this team and you are coming on stating that you weren't serious about pulling support and wanted to get your way. This is in fact really childish, I have a nephew that's five he does the same, he starts playing with someone, as soon as that someone doesn't agree with him 100% or doesn't do things his way, he starts sulking and crying and gets angry and leaves, then when someone Else's tries to play he starts screaming that he's playing. You're getting angry over him not telling you he invited someone else because you "pulled your support"
Seriously, your argument is that you should have been told (you left the team already, this is none of your business) and that you haven't left the team. Okay, seriously? you're "not giving the spot" ? seriously who do you think you are >.> this is his team he decides who's on it, you have no vote on his opinion.

Okay, you know what, I'm not posting another goddamned rant to this. Read my post above THOROUGHLY about fifteen times before you decide to reply again, because you're clearly not reading enough into my point.
I'm leaving this alone until Whammy comes on and something can be dealt with.

*sigh*. I really didn't want to get involved in this, but I guess I have no choice it seems.
Personally, I think you're all being rather childish about this.
Rai: Yes, I fully understand where you are coming from in wanting to have someone else be the Jounin since Saska was taking so long. In fact, I have informed Saska of that and so am partially on your side. However, it was in fact rather rude to just put up an ultimatum on it without apparently consulting any other members of the group or letting Saska know. In fact, in the post right above it Saska does point out it will take some time for her before she could get to it. If you were really concerned about it, you should have sent a simple message stating so instead of putting this ultimatum down on it and then running off and asking someone else.
Saska: You, however, did kind of disappear for awhile there, which does make contact hard. Of course Rai could have asked me to talk to you, but still, you have to admit your activity dropped for an amount of time. Therefore it shouldn't have been surprising that they wanted to move on to someone else. Also, don't antagonize other players. I do think some of what you said was antagonistic.
Also, when I said discuss with Rai about this, I meant do it in a PM, not out in public where it gets into a bigger mess *sigh*
Myaku: You are not a mod; this issue is between Saska and Rai. Interjecting into the argument is only making it worse, and you are being just as antagonistic, if not more so do to calling people childish and blah blah blah. Also, Saska's issue is just not being told about the plan to drop her as Jounin and ask someone else; she is not asking to join in again. So please, stay out of the argument and let me handle this.

Hey Mid, I think it's safe to assume Kashi isn't going to be able to participate, and we don't know what is going on with Hebiko, so I'm open to the idea of Chihiro coming aboard.

I second that; we haven't heard anything from Hebiko lately, so I think it's safe to assume that she's not sticking around.
This ought to be funny. Poor Toshiro is outnumbered 3 to 1. : D

Well, considering the idea for a test that I've thought up for the Genins already is... interesting, they should all pack an extra pair of clothes. Things could get messy. <_<
