Heh! It was time for him to test out his awesome stealth ninja techniques on some unsuspecting civilians! Of course, he had tried all of his moves before on Naruto but that didn’t count, after all, he had only seen right through it because he was a great ninja. That was why Konohamaru respected the genin. Buuut that also meant that Konohamaru had to try using it on other people in order to see what would happen. No doubt, they wouldn’t even know he was there! The boy chuckled at his own plan.
He scanned the few people who were walking through the streets. Aha, the boy finally set his eyes upon his ‘prey’. This would be fun; the person wouldn’t even realize what hit him when Konohamaru just popped out of nowhere and revealed himself after he had successfully followed him around secretly for a while.
‘Clever’ thoughts filled the child’s mind as he planned how he would, basically, stalk this person. But he couldn’t ponder any longer, the man was getting away! Running to catch up, the boy had to quickly pull his ‘rock disguise’ over himself in order to make himself seem invisible to the man who had, for some reason or another, decided to look back and see if anyone was following him. Hmm, now why would he do that? Konohamaru wondered, guessing now that the man must have something to hide and he should continue following him.
As the man turned a corner, the boy followed right along, though he clearly wasn’t aware of how loud and obvious his footsteps were. Turning around once again, Konohamaru had to maneuver quickly in order to throw up his flawless ‘fence disguise’ without the man seeing. "Phew, that was a close one," he giggled to himself at how talented he was at doing this.
Just as the two were nearing another corner, the boy had to break into a dash just to catch up. He had fallen behind during the whole fence ordeal, but he could catch up! However, instead of regaining his position ten feet behind the man (who was probably relieved that he was no longer being stalked) Konohamaru found himself tripping over his scarf, smashing his head into something or someone, and falling right to the ground.
“Ughhh…” the child groaned, pushing away from the ground with the palms of his hands. When he tried to see what he had run into, he noticed a girl. She was probably the perpetrator! The one who had knocked him down! It was a young girl, one who was so small that she couldn’t possibly be very much older than he was, he guessed. “What’re you doin’ runnin’ into me like that,” Konohamaru said through the pain. Okay, maybe he was partly at fault for this… but what was she doing getting in his way when he was clearly hard at work training his skills!

Today had been a clearly normal day for the young Riyuu girl, wandering the streets of Konohagakure aimlessly as always. She'd been given a break from training and other similar things, and had taken it in her power to at least enjoy herself for the day, which certainly included the crisp, fresh air and beautiful sun, and boy could she feel the heat baking on her skin. Sure, it was no Sunagakure - what with the desert there and all - but it was a nice, warm sun, a feeling which the kunoichi could only relish.
It had only been recently that she'd been put on a team, and their first meeting had been, well... Interesting, to say. Metsuki and Haruma - Genin and Jounin-sensei, respectively - weren't bad, but that Hyosuke kid sure was a sour lemon. Even Sachiko had been a bit put off by his attitude, and genuinely wondered why he was such a cold boy. He had no reason to rival anyone... So none of it really made sense. But was it meant to make sense? Sachiko was confused about the whole thing. She'd have to make sense of it at some point...
Crossing into an intersection of streets, Sachiko heard the sound of small footsteps running towards her, but her noting of where the sound was coming from was much too late to prevent the impact. Without warning she was slammed into, considerably hard at that, and thrown a good ways from simple momentum and a light frame. The cane she'd been using to tap her way around as per usual had been knocked clean out of her hand, landing a good four feet away from her at least. She herself had been knocked flat on her side, arms shielding her face almost sloppily, as she had absolutely zero perception whatsoever. All she could feel was gravity pulling her a certain way, and only natural human instinct stopped her from bashing her skull on the dirt.
Sitting up, her blonde hair now a fussy mess, Sachiko heard the voice of a young boy... Yes, it had to be male. It was high-pitched, but it had a distinct male tone to it... She'd heard the voice before, too. Where from, though? “What’re you doin’ runnin’ into me like that,” he said, and Sachiko was confused. Hadn't he been the one running? Perhaps she'd stepped out at the wrong time... Which generally wasn't her fault in the first place. She couldn't help but feel a bit guilty about it, something which happened considerably often anyway.
"Oh, I'm so sorry," she apologized, her voice sounding small but apologetic. Her face then turned from apologetic to confused as she padded around, obviously searching for something rather blindly. Where had it fallen? For all she knew, she was crawling away from it, which was sort of what was happening. Frantically she searched, but her face showed no focus whatsoever, at least, not in her eyes. No, the focus was seen upon her face, in her blind attempts to find whatever object she had lost. The cane - of which was a black colour, with a white tip, signifying that she was blind - was a considerably distance away, and she herself was moving nowhere near it. It wasn't difficult to tell that she was unable to actually perceive where it was... But to a faraway onlooker, or someone who wasn't looking too closely, she could have seemed rather stupid, too.
"Where is it?" she muttered, quietly, to herself, still frantically searching for the lost object.

The boy had been the cause of this mess, he knew he had been, but accusing someone else of committing the act instead of taking the blame himself was something that he always seemed to do. And in most cases that little characteristic of his ending up getting him into loads of trouble, but this time… the girl who he had run into was actually apologizing. “Ah, it’s okay,” Konohamaru said with a nicer tone, still rubbing his head slightly to help ease the pain.
Hardly paying any attention to the girl’s actions now, he spoke again, feeling a little bit bad for running into her. “Yeah, it hardly hurt, anyway,” he lied with a small smile on his face to make the girl feel better. Actually, crashing into her had hurt a lot, his head was still pounding, but she didn't need to know that.
Rising to his feet, the child wavered back and forth for a moment. Ugh, now a feeling of dizziness passed over him, threatening to bring him right back down to the ground. He wouldn’t allow that to happen, however, and ended up awkwardly stepping forward a single step in order to catch his balance. Guiding his eyes back to the girl again, he hoped she had not seen his little performance just then, right after he had told her he was okay.
It was at this point that Konohamaru realized the person he had bumped into was searching the ground for something. “Huh?” was the noise that he made as he examined her more closely, following her hand movements with his eyes before trying to see where she was looking with her eyes. But… her eyes didn’t look like they were focused on anything, what was up with that? It looked like she wasn’t even trying to find… whatever it was that she was looking for!
”What could she possibly be looking for—“ he thought to himself as he scanned the area for a clue, until his eyes finally set themselves upon an object. A cane… seriously? Aww man, he was so going to get in trouble for running into someone who used a cane. If that witch from the other day were around, she would probably take him straight to his grandfather and tell him what he had done. Luckily for him, though, he hadn’t seen her since. And to be completely honest, he'd be more than happy if he never had to see that woman again. Well, in order to keep the situation from getting any worse, he would have to give the cane back to this young girl.
Sighing to himself at his own carelessness, Konohamaru walked over, took her cane into his hand, and then promptly walked over to her. “Here ya go, I think you’re looking for this?” he smiled as he knelt down and handed her the cane. Her eyes, they were so weird… but he was so clueless that he couldn’t tell if she needed the cane because she was blind or if she needed it because she had some other disability. He had a funny way of asking about it though, “Kids don’t use canes, they’re for people like my grandpa. Why do you need one?”
