PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION:

Satoshi stands about five feet and five inches tall and weighs about a hundred and forty-two pounds. He has a medium frame to his shoulders and arms; most of times he can dislocate his shoulders when he needs too. He has a scar on his right forearm from a mission. The scar warms around his arm; wire caught his arm and nearly took his arm off. He has a birthmark on his left knee that looks like deformed leaf.

Satoshi has sandy blonde hair that hangs over his face down just past his eye lines. The back of his hair is longer that the front. He has a slightly round face. He has solid black eyes that are always look like he is up to no good. He wears a smirk on his face most of the time if not a smile. He has light brown tan skin.

CLOTHING DESCRIPTION:

Satoshi wears a long sleeve that goes just pass his elbows green shirt. His green shirt is just a pull on instead of a button up shirt. Over his green shirt he wears his light gray Chuunin Vest. From his mid forearms to his wrist he wears a bandages, this is to hide the scar from his accident. On his left arm just under his shirt he wears his Sunagakure headband tired tightly around his arm and the ends hang down to just about his wrist. One of the most noticeable features that he wears is his round black glasses. He cannot see without his glasses being nearly blind since birth.

He has a dark brown pouch that holds his small balls and some wires on his right side. On his left side he wears another pouch that has his scrolls and kunai and shurikens. He wears light brown and gray tint pants that have pockets on both legs. He does not wear the normal kunai holster. He wears blue shinobi sandals.

PERSONALITY:

Satoshi has a big understanding of the word around him now. He is always eager to fill his mind with knowledge from a book about jutsu or a book about a plant. He would rather study then go hang out with friends first. He usually does care a book in his pouch when he has nothing else to do for the mission he is on or when he finds something boring. The one thing that always slipped pass his understanding is the girls….he just doesn’t understand them.

When it comes to being around girls, Satoshi watches from a far and observes them. He is shy when a girl comes up and talks to him for the most part and always stare at the ground. When he is around anyone else he can talk his mouth off. The shyness around girls is something that he is trying to overcome because he does want a girlfriend one of these days. When he is around Elder people he shows them the topmost respect considering who raised him.

Satoshi when he cannot find anything interesting to read or if he just bored with reading loves to run outside and play any sport that he can. He usually always finds himself kicking a ball at a wall and trying to catch it after it rebounds off the wall a few times. When he is not reading or playing ball he tends to be either being lazy and goofing off with his friends from other teams. He never is too serious when he is off by himself or not on a mission of anything.

His mother has always been a sore subject with him considering her age now. He knows him taking on missions and everything pays for anything that she needs, but now that she older she has gotten a few health problems. He feels that he is protecting her by earning the money for the two of them so she can rest, but there are times he finds her making a few more pottery and he watches her until she asks for his help in shaping the new item. He would do anything for his mother.

Satoshi is loyal to his friends and Sunagakure, after going to the academy and being with his father when he died at the hands of bandits, Satoshi understands what loyalty means now. He is often first to accept a mission that has him patrolling the country and making sure there no bandits out there causing harm to travels. Satoshi is usually the one in his squad to be excited about doing an escort mission.

His biggest fear is coming back from a mission and finding his mother gone. He doesn’t know what he would do without her in his life and he always after a big missions rushes home to make sure she is okay. He has even asked a few of his neighbors to make sure she okay from time to time if he is away on a long mission.

Satoshi loves to train when he is not busy and he usually seeks out his sensei to teach him more about his wind nature. He understand that there are a lot more abilities out there to be learn and practiced and knows sooner than later that he is going to be alone with learning these. He would rather have his time spent now to be learning than being cocky about know it all.

Between his squad and himself, Satoshi does see himself as the leader when their sensei is not on mission with them. He makes sure to full understand everyone point of view even if he as to asked them three to five times. He doesn’t want to place the lives of his squad in danger if it can be avoid. He doesn’t show the ability to show off around anyone.

HISTORY:

Satoshi was born into the Watamura family in Sunagakure on May 7^th during one of its famous sandstorms. His father Watamaru Takahiro held the position of a merchant selling pottery that his mother Naoko made to make a living. Both Takahiro and Naoko was an older couple and had been trying to have a child for years before she got pregnant with Satoshi. To the couple Satoshi was a blessing from the heavens and wanted to raise him to follow their footsteps in pottery crafting. Naoko had the time was a well known crafter in Suna. Satoshi grew up learning how to make pottery along side of his mother from time to time. Satoshi true passion, however, was outside playing in the dirty and throwing a ball around back and forth between his friends. Whenever a sandstorm would blow threw he would watch from the window until his mother or father would pull him back away from it. He was eager to learn how it was form, but his parents didn’t understand his need for knowledge outside of his means of living. At the age of two Satoshi’s parents was told that he was nearly blind and he was given his first pair of glasses.

At the age of six, his father hired a team of Genin through the shinobi world to escort him and Satoshi to another village within the Wind Country to try and sell the pottery that was made since it was not selling in Sunagakure. During the trip Takahiro pulled Satoshi away from the shinobi whenever he tried to get close to learn what they was there for other than protection. When they was camped, Satoshi watched the older children train against one another and when he asked his father what they was doing, he was told to shut up and eat his meal and not worried about them at all. This confused the young boy because he did not know why his father was keeping things from him about the people that were protecting them as his mother had put it to him before they left.

After about a week in the village and his father not selling on piece of pottery; his father felt that it was time to head back home. One night during the trip back home, Satoshi and Takahiro was sitting around the fire when all of a sudden the group of six were attacked by five bandits. During the fight the cart of the pottery got knocked over and the items broke. Takahiro ran over to the cart leaving Satoshi on his own. When he got to the caught a bandit jumped out and slashed at him with a sword. The sword sliced a deep gash across Takahiro’s chest. When Satoshi watch his father get hurt he went to ran to him, but the sensei of the Genin squad held him back. After the Genins took care of the rest of the bandits the sensei was able to go to Takahiro’s aid, but it was too late for the elder man. The team took Satoshi and Takahiro’s body back to Sunagakure.

The Sense took Satoshi back home and told his mother what had happened to her husband. Satoshi watched his mother break down in tears and Satoshi walked up to the sensei and looked up at him and asked. “….What…do you do….why…do you fight….why didn’t you save my dad….why me….”

The sensei bent down and looked at the boy in the eyes and said: ”My job is to protect this village, I fight to save lives and the ones I care for that live here. Your father was already hurt when I saw him go down…you on the other hand…are our future…we need young people like you to carry on our ways of living. No matter what you do in your life boy, your life is precious to our way…and to your mother…protect her boy just like your father did…”

Satoshi was confused by the man’s statement to him and watched the man disappear from the house. Once the man was out of the house his mother pulled him into a hug and held him tight to him. He sat there with her all night before falling asleep on the living room floor with his glasses on.

For the new two years, Satoshi watched his mother struggle to make and sell pottery throughout the village. He started to help his neighbors with chores around their houses and make a few bucks here and there to buy what they needed around the house. One day when he was gathering some supplies from the market, he saw a few kids his age trying to match up against a few Genins from the academy. Satoshi stood there and watched the scene has the Genins took it easy on the academy students. Satoshi slowly walked up to the Genin and asked a question. ”Teach me, please? I need to protect my mother…and her shop…” The genin stared at Satoshi has if they were just asked to do something stupid, however, one came up and placed his hand on Satoshi’s shoulder and pointed him towards the academy. ”We learned there. We are busy, they will teach you kid.”

Satoshi smiled slightly and nodded some. He ran home with his arms filled with the bags of supplies and walked up to his mother and told her what he wanted to do. At first Naoko refused to let Satoshi even attempt to go to the academy, but an old family friend convinced her to all Satoshi to see for himself if he could make it and even if he had any chakra within him. The friend told his mother if he held no chakra within his body the likely hood that he would remain in the academy was slim to nothing.

At the age of eight, Satoshi started to attend the academy, he felt behind because he knew nothing about being a shinobi and he was two years behind his age group. Satoshi slowly started to learn the basic academy jutsu and he slowly started to understand how they were done. By time he was twelve he was able to do nearly all the academy jutsu and had taijutsu. At this time he was unable to do Genjutsu. His academy sensei thought he was able to pass with his age grew, but when they proposed the situation to Satoshi he refused since he felt that there was still more he could take from completing the academy next year or the year after. Satoshi graduated the academy at the age of thirteen at the top of his graduating class and able to do all the academy jutsu.

Because of his skills at weapon throwing and taijutsu, Satoshi was placed on a weapon specialist team that was missing one member. The kids on the team were from the year before graduating class so they were all the same age. Their sensei started to work with Satoshi in training with a number of weapons, once he place the kusarigama in Satoshi’s hand he naturally took to the weapons. At fourteen his sensei showed him how to summon the kursarigama from a scroll so they would be easier to carry around with them on a mission.

During a mission to the Land of Grass their team was ambushed. Throughout the fight the Genins held their own against their opponent, Satoshi, however was nearly out of chakra and started to fight without a sense of strategy. He was faced off with someone that was using wire has a weapon. He got careless of where they had placed the wire and his left hand was wrapped rightly in the wire and when his opponent pulled, his arm was cut a half an inch deep. Before he knew it he used the blade of the kusarigama to cut the wire ends. His team mates and sensei came to his aid and he watched them fight them off. Back at the village, he was told that because of his quick thinking of cutting the wire his arm was going to be okay.

At fifteen the team was selected to take on the Chuunin Exams that were held in Kirigakure at the time. The team passed the first and second stage without a problem. The third stage, Satoshi watched both of his team mates get eliminate quickly against a Kumogakure Genin and a Konohagakure Genin. When it was his team to face up against a Kirigakure Genin he quickly watched his back and ended the fight nearly an hour later with his opponent knocked out. Satoshi was the only member of his squad to receive the rank of Chuunin at this time.

For the next year their sensei started to work more with Satoshi on elemental alignment with his chakra. He sound learned that he was able to spin the chain of the kusarigama to create wind coming from it. It was not very powerful wind, but he slowly started to use his wind chakra alignment to create a small twister in front of him. One day he got the twister to be about three feet in size and he went to reach his hand in his pocket for some. Once he pulled his hand out his ball fell out and landed in the twister and he laughed when the strength of it brought it up to the top. He looked around and took the blade of his weapon and knocked it out of the twister. He blinked when he saw it had gained speed. He smirked to himself and shrugged it off slightly.

Just recently, Satoshi watched as both of his teammates complete the Chuunin Exam and become Chuunin themselves. Satoshi was glad to watch his friends join him at the same rank.

Description: By spinning the Kusarigama in front of him and surrounding his weapon in his Fuuton chakra alignment, Satoshi is able to create a small sand twister about 4 feet tall and about 2 feet wide. He will then quickly place four or five small balls in the sand twister and use his Kursarigama has bats hitting the balls towards his opponent. The purpose of the twister and the small balls is for the twister to make the balls come to the middle or top of the 4 foot twister for Satoshi to take aim at the opponent. With him hitting the ball without the twister its speed is about 30 mph, when he uses the twister the ball gains from 20-30 mph in speed when hit out of the twisters. The twister remains stationary for about 2 minutes before disappearing. Minimal damage is small bruising to the opponent. B rank because of the chakra he needs to create the sand twister.

Wind Release: Hair Wind [Fūton: Kamikaze] :: The user will unleash a blast of spinning wind. Instead of hurting the enemy it most likely owuld only blast them back a few feet.

Wind Release: Wind Cutter Technique [Fūton: Kazekiri no Jutsu] :: A large slicing wind will be created which can cut through his opponent. This can be used to immobilize large targets. This technique can also be used to divide and neutralize an incoming wind attack launched against the user and make it harmless.

False Place Technique [Kokohi no Jutsu] :: Kokohi no Jutsu is a simple Genjutsu technique which changes the appearance of a nearby object.

Sly Mind Affect Technique [Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu] :: Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique which causes the target to travel around in circles. If the ninja is unable to detect the illusion very quickly, they can become exhausted mentally and physically when they are unable to reach their desired target by traveling along the same path over and over.

It was a cool morning with the wind blowing in all sorts of directions, however, that did not stop one lad to be onto of a building with a book in his hand reading. It was still early and he knew his mother had not gotten out of bed yet, but in a few minutes he would place the book down and go and fix her breakfast like he did every morning before he headed out to train or get a mission. Satoshi turned another page in the book and replaced his arm under his head. He was laying down on the building for now with the book being held with his other hand. His black eyes traveled from one side of the page to another.

Before he could finish the next page he heard something coming from below. He heard his name coming from somewhere, but it was not from his mother’s voice. He placed the book down to his right and pushed himself up and stood up and moved to the edge of the building room. He looked down and saw his neighbor waving at him. He smiled and watched back. ”Morning, Ren-sama! What can I do for you today?” He placed his hands down in his pockets.

”I was wondering if you could do some errands for me later today, before you get home.”

Satoshi paused to consider this, he knew his neighbor had done a lot for him and his mother since his father was killed, so who was he too refused this chance to repay him for everything? Satoshi nodded his head. ”Of course I will do it Ren-sama, all you have to ever do is ask. You been kind to my mother and me, I would never turn down one of yours requests. I will come by before I leave to get the information.”
